RRMM Architects is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Architect with a minimum of 1-5 years architecture or related experience. Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills with a TEAM first approach and the ability to successfully carry a project from inception through construction.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, passionate, and driven professional to join one of our Chesapeake, Richmond, or Roanoke office(s). The ideal Architect/Project Manager candidate will have 5+ years’ experience, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to successfully carry a project from inception through construction.

RRMM Architects’ Roanoke office seeks a part-time administrative assistant for office support activities. The number and timing of hours is open to discussion. Work includes office management duties (mail, supplies, limited local travel for deliveries/pickups) and other duties using Word and Excel. Experience with specifications typing and other architectural support experience a plus, but not a requirement.

RRMM Architects is currently seeking architectural interns for all of our Virginia locations. Interns at RRMM can expect to work on real projects. Our interns learn by doing – they attend site visits, work with senior architects through all phases of design, and when possible, attend client meetings.

We are seeking a full-time 3D scanning technician who will be responsible for obtaining accurate and complete scans using modern laser scanning equipment.  Some travel to project locations throughout Virginia will be required to complete the scan projects. This position will work closely with RRMM project managers along with client representatives for scheduling access to facilities and project milestones.

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and driven professional with higher education design experience to join one of our Chesapeake, Richmond or Roanoke offices. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a desire to work in a collaborative team environment to create innovative design solutions and be driven towards participation in RRMM University’s AXP, Mentoring and Continuing Education Programs focused on career development and architectural licensing.

RRMM Architects is currently seeking a full-time Sustainability Analyst in our Chesapeake office. Candidates should have 5+ years of sustainable design and construction experience, demonstrated subject matter expertise, and ability to guide design teams and projects in achieving energy and sustainability goals from start to finish.
