Completed under a task order contract, RRMM renovated the 20,000 Hazel Hall Law Library. The existing library entrance was modified to create two separate entrances, one for the library and one for the CAAS suite, which are separated inside by a serpentine glass wall. The main goal of the creation of the CAAS suite was to create a captivating entrance that conveys an executive and professional atmosphere. This was achieved by using unexpected materials in the new and existing architectural features.

Minor renovations were completed on the second floor, which included the creation of a new study room, a new seminar room, as well as much needed storage space. New carpet, paint and furniture were included throughout the second floor.
