New Year, New Office. RRMM Moves to New Downtown Roanoke Office.

What better way to kick off a new year than with a brand-new office space? RRMM’s Roanoke office has officially relocated across the street to Downtown Roanoke’s First Bank Building.

The 12-story office building, situated on the corner of First Street and Church Avenue, is a staple of the Downtown Roanoke skyline. It is located in the central business district where it is surrounded by a vibrant mix of restaurants, retail, and urban living.

RRMM has moved into the 100M suite. Our new 5,200 SF office space features an open concept for studio workspace, as well as collaboration spaces throughout. The new layout places all staff on the same level with a configuration that improves flow and efficiency while allowing for future growth.

Employees and visitors in our new office will enjoy natural light that streams into all offices, studio, and conference spaces. Chosen finishes are neutral with touches of our signature RRMM red.

Moving into the First Bank Building is a full circle moment for our Roanoke office. Our firm previously worked in the building from 1992 to 1999 when it operated under the name of Motley & Associates. In 2002, Motley & Associates merged with our firm, establishing RRMM’s Roanoke office.
