Allison is RRMM’s K-12 Market Sector Leader for the Northern Region. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Architecture. She worked in New York and D.C. before eventually joining The Lukmire Partnership in 2012 (which RRMM acquired in 2016). Allison is a LEED Accredited Professional, Project Management Professional, NCARB certified and a certified Construction Documents Technologist. She is also a registered architect in Virginia, Maryland, and New York.

Allison was originally hired to design libraries; two of her designs for Prince William County – Haymarket Gainesville Community Library and Montclair Community Library – won the American Public Works Association’s Public Works Projects of the Year Award. Since then, she has transitioned to exclusively designing K-12 projects, designing schools in both Virginia and Maryland. A few of her recent school designs include Brown Station Elementary School, Walt Whitman High School Addition, and Robert Coleman Elementary School Renovation & Addition.

“I love that architecture has the opportunity to bring people together, inspire curiosity, and create spaces that people can learn, grow, and thrive in,” says Allison.

In addition to being a member of the American Institute of Architects, Allison is a former member of the New York Junior League and the Junior League of Washington. The Junior League is a network of highly trained female volunteers dedicated to improving the community through effective action and leadership.
