The Southeastern Virginia Health System (SEVHS) Physician’s Office project involves the renovation of an existing one-story, 7,000-square-foot building in Suffolk, Virginia.
The redesigned physician’s office features a welcoming waiting room and reception area, lab space with toilet, 10 offices, 12 exam rooms, staff lounge, a couple of conference rooms, new restrooms, storage, and building support spaces.
The goal was to transform the interior layout to meet the specific needs of the owner-provided program while retaining the existing building shell and preserving as much of the current building services as possible.
