This building was originally designed by RRMM in 1989, and then renovated again in 2000. This subsequent renovation by RRMM converted this building into a dining and entertainment destination. The lobby area was completely demolished, updated with new finishes, and decorated with local artwork. A new dining service was introduced, with the conversion of one of the original theaters into a kitchen. A full-service bar was also included with seating.
The remaining seven theaters were renovated to accommodate plush seating with tables and top of the line Sony 4K digital technology.
