Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a well-organized efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and office services, incoming and outgoing mail, purchase orders, and other office matters
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the front office and ensure shared spaces are tidy and organized
- Manage all conference room scheduling, set-up, conference room supplies and cleanliness of the space
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Work with Employee Engagement Committee to promote teamwork, in office and out of office events
- Create professional written correspondence and presentations as requested
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support and manage office budget
- Manage kitchen supplies and request orders for replenishments
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Document, spreadsheet, and letter writing and proofing
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience in a similar role is required
- Associate degree in business administration or secretarial program preferred
- Microsoft office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Telephone skills
- Dependability and professionalism

- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
