The Providence District Community Center was built by Pulte Homes as a proffer to Fairfax County, VA and is an integral part of Pulte’s MetroWest development being built adjacent to the Vienna Metro Station. The facility, which achieved a LEED Gold® Certification, consists of 32,000 SF of program space on two floors. Functions include meeting rooms, an exercise room, game room, commercial kitchen, satellite police office, a therapy room, and a large gymnasium. Additional office space for the District Supervisor of Fairfax County is also provided. Crisp modern materials and colors help the building stand out as a community gathering place and a focal point of the overall development.
