The Position 

RRMM Architects’ Roanoke office seeks a full-time administrative assistant for office support activities. Work includes office management duties (mail, supplies, limited local travel for deliveries/pickups) and other duties using Word and Excel. Experience with specifications typing and other architectural support experience a plus, but not a requirement.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Office management duties including managing mail and supplies.
  • Limited local travel for deliveries/pickups.
  • Various other duties using Word and Excel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with specifications typing and other architectural support a plus, but not a requirement.
